The Healing Legend of Niuniugang: Lord Chai’s Herbal Recipe
2023Project Overview
Centered on the herbal prescription divination tradition at Anlong Temple in Chenglong Village, Yunlin, this project turns a local religious ritual into an AR interactive game. After scanning a blessing charm or detecting the temple environment, players are guided through a prayer and moon-block divination sequence. Once a favorable result is received, the character of Lord Chai appears and grants a prescription verse. Through AR, a traditional belief practice is transformed into an interactive digital experience.
